Incoming First-Year Students

May 10: Preferred deadline for submission of registration materials.

AEO does accept registration materials after May 10th, but please note it is in students’ best interest to provide these documents as close to May 10th as possible so that our office has sufficient time to review requests, speak directly with students, determine eligibility, and formulate accommodations plans for new students. Please contact AEO with any questions or concerns.

The Dean of Students Office (DSO) assigns First-Year housing in July. Please note that we require all registration materials in advance in order to prepare accommodations prior to Fall move-in. For more information about housing accommodations please see our housing section.

AEO is happy to assist with accommodations for Placement Exams. Once you have submitted registration materials, please contact AEO to let us know if you are planning to take Placement Exams over the summer.

Service delays, including the implementation of accommodations, may result from late or incomplete requests.
