Incoming First-Years

Preferred deadline for submission of registration materials: May 1

We understand that many students do not make their college decision until close to the admissions deadline. We are happy to accept materials after May 1, but please note it is in students’ best interest to provide these documents as close to May 1st as possible so that our office has sufficient time to review your request and make and implement appropriate accommodations decisions. Please contact AEO with any questions or concerns.

Incoming first-years are assigned their housing by the Dean of Students Office (DSO) in July. In order to accommodate students with disability related housing needs, it is critical that AEO has the time to review student information and make the appropriate recommendation to the DSO. Service delays, including the implementation of accommodations, may result from late or incomplete requests.
